Virtual Assistant Services
We offer 2 types of virtual assistant staffing services to provide screened, trained, and reliable VAs for our clients:
1. VA Staffing Service Subscription
(Ongoing Service/Human Resources Support)
In the corporate world, this is commonly known as Temp Service, Temporary Staffing Service, or hiring someone through a Temp Agency, or Temporary Staffing Agency. In this case, we are providing you with a Virtual Assistant that works virtually (remote/online) instead of a “temporary worker” that would physically work in your office.Â
You simply request the type of VA you want, skills and experience desired, hours needed (i.e. part-time/full-time, work shift), and budget. We will then forward you the top 2-3 VAs meeting your specifications for you to interview/choose from. If you select one of the VAs, you then select one of our VA Staffing Service Subscription packages that meets your needs/budget. We have standard packages starting as low as $168/month with a VA working for you for 10 hrs/week (40 hours per month).*

Here's how it works:
-
Submit the request for your Virtual Assistant (VA) using our online request form. On this form, you will indicate the type of VA you want (i.e. real estate investor/agent assistant, web designer, social media VA, etc.), skills required, skills desired, preferred, length of assignment, desired pay range, your availability for a phone consultation. Within 1 business day, you will receive a call to set up a phone consultation.
-
Phone consultation (15-30 minutes) – During this call, we will clarify with you the VA's assignment and required skill set, agree on an estimated timeline to place the VA, and the VA's start date. We will answer any questions you have and also go over our VA Rates/Packages to help you select the program that is right for you and your budget. We can also create custom packages to help meet your budget/business needs.
-
Virtual Assistant Talent search – We review our existing pool of VA Talent, network, and post jobs to obtain candidates for your VA position
-
Virtual Assistant Candidate Screening – We conduct phone interviews/testing to screen down to the top 2-3 candidates for you to interview.
-
We contact you to schedule the phone interviews. If you you'd prefer, and don't have the time for the phone interviews, we can also select the one we feel is the best fit for you.
-
You then let us know which applicant you want to select and when you'd like them to start.
-
Once we have found you a VA, before the VA starts working, you will then submit your Secure Online Payment in accordance with the VA Package you have selected. There's no risk because YOU DON'T PAY UNTIL YOU GET YOUR VA! We will help coordinate the VAs training, start date, and orientation call with you.
-
Prior to the start date of the VA, you will be provided with a special orientation/training on how to work with and manage your VA.
-
You will be assigned an HR Supervisor/Client Representative. The Client Rep will monitor the VAs attendance to ensure they are signed in during their work shift and on task. They are also available to help monitor and support you in making sure the VA completes assigned tasks and to address if you encounter any problems with the VA
-
You will receive online access to track your VA pre-paid package hours. For example, if you prepaid for 160 hours/month, you will be able to see the balanced reduced as the VA logs their time card online. In addition, the VA will complete a timecard online indicating the tasks they've completed each day. You will also be able to access this online to track the VAs task completion.
-
We provide our VAs with a US/Canada Calling Subscription Plan and a local phone number in an area code of your choice so you can easily contact the VA.
Pros:
- We save you time and provide you the best of applicants by spending hours screening and interviewing candidates to present only the top/most qualified candidates to you.
- There is a lower set-up fee for this compared to the placement service.
- You may choose to pre-pay for different packages either bi-weekly to specifically meeting your business needs in terms of number of hours of VA support needed. You don’t have to worry about paying the VA or payroll service – we take care of that saving you time.
- The virtual assistant will be directly overseen by an HR representative saving you from the hassle of having to monitor your VA daily.
- We will be able to monitor your virtual assistant’s progress and provide continuous training that can improve the VA’s productivity at work.
- In the event the VA quits his or her position, we are able to replace and train another VA free of charge.
Cons:
- The Staffing Service Subscription includes an administration fee to cover costs of VA monitoring, supervision, payroll, training, etc. Thus, you are paying for ongoing services versus if you hired the VA directly as in the Placement Service, you could potentially hire the VA at a lower hourly rate, but it could also require more of your time in supervision, payroll, reviewing timecards, etc.
2. Virtual Assistant Recruitment/Placement Service
(My VA Package)
What is commonly known in the corporate world as "Executive Recruiting" or "Headhunting" meets the world of Virtual Assistants. Using our extensive HR and recruiting experience, we will find you a VA meeting your requirements in terms of skills, qualifications, experience, hours needed (part-time, full-time, work shift), and pay range.
We will post job ads and screen through dozens and dozens of applications, conduct interviews, and find the VA candidate to meet your specifications. We will then forward you the top 2-3 candidates that are the best fit for you to interview. If you hire one of the VA candidates we charge a one-time placement fee of $995, backed by our replacement guarantee.

-
Virtual Assistant Talent search – We review are existing database of VA Talent, network, and post jobs to obtain candidates for your VA position.
-
Virtual Assistant Applicant Screening – We conduct phone interviews/testing to screen down to the top 3-4 applicants for you to interview.
-
We contact you to schedule the phone interviews. If you you'd prefer, and don't have the time for the phone interviews, we can also select the one we feel is the best fit for you.
-
You then let us know which applicant you want to select and when you'd like them to start. Once we have found you a VA that you would like to hire, we charge a placement fee of $995. There's no risk because YOU DON'T PAY UNTIL YOU GET YOUR VA! And it's backed by our VA Replacement Guarantee.
-
Before the VA starts working, you will then need to submit the VA placement fee to us utilizing our Secure Online Payment Form.
-
We will coordinate the VAs training and start date with you (usually 1 week from the interview.) During the 1 week prior to start date, the VA will receive specialized training from VirtualAssistantTalent.com. In urgent cases, you could have your VA start sooner.
-
Prior to the start date of the VA, you will be provided with basic training on how to manage and pay your VA.
Pros
- We save you time and provide you the best of applicants by spending hours screening and interviewing candidates to present only the top/most qualified candidates to you.
- We have a strong network of virtual assistants. Many of our applicants are referrals from our existing VAs, leading to more accountability and reliability in the VA that you choose and hire, versus trying to find one on your own through various websites.
- The Virtual Assistant will sign an independent contractor agreement and work directly for you at the agreed upon rate. In most cases, this allows you to hire the virtual assistant at a rate lower than other VA companies and an hourly rate lower than our subscription program. This cuts out the middleman and any administrative fees because the VA works directly for you.
- The Placement Service is backed up by our VA Replacement Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your virtual assistant or the VA quits during the first 30 days, we will replace your VA at no extra cost.
Cons
- More time consuming administratively. You are responsible for reviewing the VA’s time cards and submitting timely payments for the VA on a regular basis (usually bi-weekly).Â
- Requires more supervision/time. The VA works directly as your independent contractor so you are fully responsible for monitoring the VA’s attendance to make sure they are at work on time every day. You are also fully responsible making sure the VA is on task, and if for some reason they are not performing, to end the VA’s assignment.
- Higher initial cost to set started with a VA, but potential savings over the long run.
