Back before the internet became ubiquitous, this type of service is commonly known as Temp or temporary staffing service. Simply send us a request on the type of virtual assistant you want, the hours needed, and your budget. We will scour our network, and provide you with the top 2 to 3 candidates to interview. Once you’ve selected your virtual assistant, you can pick any of the subscription packages below:
In the corporate world, this is commonly known as Temp Service, Temporary Staffing Service, or getting someone through a Temp Agency, or Temporary Staffing Agency. In this case, we are providing you with a Virtual Assistant that works virtually (remote/online) instead of a "temporary worker" that would physically work in your office.
You simply request the type of VA you want, skills and experience desired, hours needed (i.e. part-time/full-time, work shift), and budget. We will then forward you the top 2-3 VAs meeting your specifications for you to interview/choose from. You then select the VA you'd like for the assignment and pick one of our VA Staffing Service Subscription packages that meets your needs/budget. We have standard packages starting as low as $168/month with a VA working for you for 10 hrs/week (40 hours per month).*

I Agree to the Terms and ConditionsOnce you have submitted your payment for the VA Staffing Service Subscription, you will be able to track your VA package hours balance/usage online via a Daily Time Record (DTR) for the VA. We will email you a link to the DTR. In the event you have problems accessing the link, a copy of the DTR will be emailed to you upon request. The DTR will indicate your payment history (Date of Payment, Payment Amount, Hours Purchased). As the Virtual Assistant works, they will log their hours into a Daily Time Record. Hours worked will be deducted from the pre-paid package hours. When you recharge the hours, the new balance will be updated on the DTR within 1 business day of payment submission. |

If none of our subscription packages meet your business needs, please contact us regarding a custom package. For example, if you need a virtual assistant for a specific # of hours per week not featured on one of our standard packages (i.e. 15 hours/week, 30 hrs/week, etc), we can work with you to create a customized package . Also, if you just need a VA to complete a one-time service or special project or task that is not ongoing and might only take several hours or a few days, we can create a custom quote or project based quote. For example, if you just need a special article written, document edited, or web site created, we can come up with a custom project quote. *In some cases, the custom quote for a project could simply be an all inclusive pricing without the standard $99.00 set-up fee, which is typically for an ongoing VA Staffing Subscription Service. 2. Virtual Assistant Recruitment/Placement Service – MY VA Package
Just like any headhunting service in the corporate world, we will find the best virtual assistant for you. We will post job ads and screen through dozens and dozens of applications, conduct interviews, and find the virtual assistant candidate that meets your specifications. We will provide you the top 2-3 candidates for you to interview. If and when you hire one of the VA candidates, we charge a one-time placement fee of $995, backed by our 30-days VA replacement guarantee. Virtual Assistant Staffing Services Subscription Terms and Conditions
This is an agreement between VirtualAssistantTalent.com / GP Investment Network LLC and client. Whereas GP Investment Network LLC is providing client with Virtual Assistant Staffing Services. By clicking the "Buy Now" button and submitting payment for these services, the client expressly agrees to the terms and conditions that follow.
Non-Circumvention: The client agrees not to solicit the Virtual Assistant on assignment with client for direct employment or direct independent contractor relationship with client without obtaining permission in writing from an officer of the Company. The client acknowledges that the Company's relationships with its Virtual Assistants have been developed through significant time, effort, and expense; that such relationships are confidential information and trade secrets of the Company that promote the Company's market competitiveness; and that a breach of this clause would be unfair competition. Client agrees not to engage in unfair competition with the Company. In the event that, after receiving the Company's permission, the client or client's entity hires the Virtual Assistant as a direct employee or direct independent contractor of client or client's entity, the client agrees to pay the Company a one-time Virtual Assistant Placement Fee of $995.00. The parties acknowledge that the Company's detriment for agreeing to a placement is difficult to ascertain at this time but that the foregoing fee represents a reasonable estimate.
Indemnification: Clients of the Virtual Assistant Staffing Service agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VirtualAssistantTalent.com / GP Investment Network, LLC (the "Agency") and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising or resulting from the acts or failure to act of the Agency, its affiliates, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, or Agency-supplied workers.

Virtual Assistant Recruitment/Placement Service Terms and Conditions
In exchange for payment of $995.00 (nine hundred ninety five dollars)*, GP Investment Network LLC agrees to provide client with a Virtual Assistant that has been screened/interviewed and is acceptable to client. The client understands that the $995.00 is a placement fee only and that the client is responsible for paying the VA for any hours worked as mutually agreed upon by the client and the VA.
If at any point during the first 30 calendar days of client's VA's start date the client is unsatisfied with their VA or the VA is not performing, GP Investment Network, LLC will find and replace client's VA for no additional charge.
