Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Help support the daily tasks of running/expanding client's real estate investment business. Find motivated sellers and build client's buyers list, handle incoming/outgoing calls and screen buyers/sellers, run comps, market properties, utilize pay per click campaigns, search engine optimization, place Craigslist ads, fill out questionnaires etc. Also assist in promoting client's business and properties they have for sale using Web 2.0, social media, creating and distributing videos on client's properties for sale, etc.
Transcriptionist (General, Medical, Legal, etc.)
