How long does it take to have a Virtual Assistant start working for me?
The search for your VA would typically take up to a week, depending on the skill set requested. You will then interview the top 2-3 candidates over a period of a day or two. Once you've chosen your virtual assistant, you can actually start working with him / her the following week. -
If I am not satisfied with my Virtual Assistant, will you replace them?
If you availed the MY VA Package, you are backed by our 30-day VA replacement guarantee. This means that if at any point during the first 30 calendar days from your virtual assistant's start date you are unsatisfied with the performance, we will replace your VA at no additional charge.
For those who have subscribed to our VA Staffing Subscription, in the event you're VA is not performing or unexpectedly quits, we will replace and train another VA free of charge. as long as you maintain your subscription service. -
What hours will my Virtual Assistant work?
You will let us know what days of the week and hours you would like your virtual Assistant to work right from the start. During the interview phase, we will screen applicants based on this requirement and set the expectation from the start.
For example, Virtual Assistants who need to handle incoming and outbound calls for your business would typically work during normal business hours for the business in which they are working (i.e. Monday - Friday 10AM to 7PM PST, etc.). Even though this requires them to stay-up at night, rest assured that they are used to working this type of schedule. -
How will I know my Virtual Assistant is actually working?
VAs are required to submit a daily report of the tasks completed that day and any updates. If you are at your computer during the day, you can also easily do an online chat with your VA requesting updates or call them on the phone. We can provide you with tips on this before the VA starts. If you purchase one of our VA Staffing Subscription Services Packages, an HR supervisor monitors the VA to ensure they are working on the task given. -
For your Virtual Assistant staffing subscription packages, how will I be able to track my Pre-Paid Hours Balance?
Once you have submitted your payment for the Virtual Assistant Staffing Service Subscription, you will be able to track your VA package hours balance/usage online via a Daily Time Record (DTR) for the VA. We will email you a link to the DTR. In the event you have problems accessing the link, a copy of the DTR will be emailed to you upon request.
The DTR will indicate your payment history (Date of Payment, Payment Amount, Hours Purchased). As the Virtual Assistant works, they will log their hours into a Daily Time Record. Hours worked will be deducted from the pre-paid package hours. When you recharge the hours, the new balance will be updated on the DTR within 1 business day of payment submission. -
Will my Virtual Assistant have a local phone number for my area in order to make and receive inbound calls from a local phone number?
If you purchase one of our VA Staffing Subscription Service Packages, we provide the VA with a local number in an area code of your choice and a US/Canada phone service (Voice Over Internet Protocol).
If you purchase our VA Recruitment/Placement Service, this will be up to you and the requirements you request your VA to have. However, many VAs already have a Skype.com account or a Majicjack.com account. These services can easily be set up with a local phone number and unlimited calls and are pretty inexpensive. If you have any trouble with this, just let us know and we'll help you out. -
How do I pay the Virtual Assistant?
